OUR HISTORY

Since its inception in 2011, T3 Global Projects, LLC (T3 Global) has been providing quality sports surfacing construction projects throughout the Southern US, Caribbean, and Central America. T3’s managing partners have a collective 40+ years of experience in the sports building and lighting industry and have successfully executed projects in over 25 countries. T3 has partnered with the world’s best sports surfacing manufacturers to ensure that our clients always receive surfacing systems that deliver the perfect equilibrium between playability, safety, durability, and value.

ROBERTO P. SANCHEZ

MANAGING PARTNER / CEO

Roberto is a graduate of Loyola University’s School of Business in New Orleans, and has held the title of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner with T3 Global Projects since 2011. During this time, T3 Global has consolidated its footprint across the Gulf South and the Caribbean. Roberto manages T3’s strategic business partnerships and clients, and has successfully negotiated long term distributorships with Industry leaders such as AstroTurf, Rekortan, APT & MUSCO. During his 20+ years in the sports surfacing industry, Roberto has also actively managed projects in over 25 countries, many of those projects including international accreditation by FIFA and IAAF.

ANDRE L. BORNE

MANAGING PARTNER / COO

Andre is a graduate of Louisiana State University’s School of Engineering and has held the title of Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner with T3 Global Projects since 2011. Andre has managed many notable U.S. projects completed at LSU, Louisiana Tech University, McNeese State University, Nichols State University, University of Louisiana Monroe (ULM), University of Southern Alabama and dozens of private schools, public schools, and municipalities. In addition, Andre also handles many of our team’s internationally accredited installations including FIFA Certified projects at St. Julien Park in Broussard, LA, U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Association in St Croix, University of West Indies, Diego Garcia Naval Base, Raoul Illidge Sports Complex in St Maarten, and many more. Andre was also a site engineer and manager at IAAF approved track installations at multiple sites throughout Central America & the Caribbean.

JC SANCHEZ

MANAGING PARTNER / INTERNATIONAL

JC is a graduate of Louisiana State University’s School of Business and is currently managing our Central American operations. JC leads multiple installation crews from Guatemala to Panama and everywhere in between. JC is our leading expert in lighting systems and technology and has been in the sports surfacing and lighting industry since 2006. Managing projects throughout Central America is logistically challenging, but JC and our international operations team have developed a unique expertise to successfully complete projects, on time and to the quality standards our customers expect and deserve.
